This includes a large selection of spare parts for our awnings, tents and accessories, as well as the facilities for awning inspection, repair and testing, all supported by our aftersales team. A good customer experience is important to us, and we are constantly reviewing our procedures and facilities to be able to maintain a good level of support. This indepth aftersales service can be accessed through the supplying retailer.
Kampa products come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase unless specified otherwise; certain exclusions may apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults, materials and parts. To make a warranty claim, please contact your supplying retailer. Kampa will redirect all warranty enquiries to the supplying retailer as we do not hold record of your purchase.
